a) Time available to make the change, which may vary due to stakeholder pressure 允許做出改變的時間壓力，這一點會因為股東壓力而變化的。

c) Preservation of certain characteristics may be necessary 保存某些特性可能是必要的
d) Diversity of opinions and experience may make change easier 意見和經驗的多樣性可能使改變更容易
e) The organisation’s capability to execute change may vary, in particular
depending on whether management have experience in this area

3) Forces driving and resisting change 動力和阻力的變化
