ACCA課程使學員全面掌握財務、財務管理、 審計、稅務及經營戰(zhàn)略等方面的專業(yè)知識。在學習課程的時候，學員要清晰的掌握考點才是關鍵。ACCA APM是選擇較多的一門課程，但是通過率并不算是很高，主要還是對考點的理解不夠。ACCA APM知識點Balanced scorecard需要掌握的內容是什么？
要想掌握Balanced scorecard的內容，學員首先要理解其本身的含義，其次就是從下面四點進行學習：

2、Customer perspective 【側重點：Customer satisfaction，requirement 顧客側重于什么我們就要達到什么，KPI 就指向哪】

1）Rank in customer surveys 【可以采取這個方法考量】
2）Market share 【General】【也可以是 growth rate of sales】
3）Repeat order rate 【General】【少見，但是如果材料中 industry 符合，也可寫】
4）Level of complaints 【General】
5）Brand index
3、Internal process perspective 【側重點：process efficiency，productivity】
【KPI】
1）Percentage reduction in process cycle time 【考察內部 efficiency】
2）Number of engineering changes
3）Capacity utilisation【General】【在 case 中可以具體說明是哪些 resource 的，不要只說這一個】
4）Order response time 【也可以是側面影響 customer satisfaction，在題目中考慮側重點，如果customer 特別 value 這個反應時間，那么就應該算作是 customer】
5）Process capability
4、Learning and innovation perspective 【側重點：employee training，R&D】
【KPI】
1）Leadership competence
2）Percentage of patent-protected turnover 【更常見的是: New product revenue as a percentage of total revenue generated，這個集中體現了創(chuàng)新能力】
3）Training days per employee 【Genenral】
4）Quality improvement team participation 【General】
