ACCA FA是以原理和概念為基礎的有關財務會計和熟練技能方面的知識和理解，包括復式記賬會計技術的使用和制作基礎財務報表。以下是為學員總結的可能會考到的知識點：

1、Consolidated financial statements (重點計算working，eg，Goodwill，NCI，Reserve)

2、Statements of financial position & profit or loss and other comprehensive income Or Cash flows-Operating:depreciation，finance cost，profit or loss on disposal working capital: inventory， receivables， payables(資產增加，現金減少；負債增加，現金增加）

interest paid and tax paid
