解析：本題可能很多同學選到discrimination，但值得注意的是，歧視是由于direct discrimination, indirect discrimination, victimization, harassment, positive discrimination 這些原因造成的不公平待遇。而本題中，并沒有這些方面的體現。應該選C， grievance不滿委屈。因為沒有被同事和上級正確得對待肯定會感到委屈。

2、Which of the following would constitute direct discrimination?

A. Setting age limits or ranges in an employment advertisement

B.Offering less favourable terms to workers on flexible hours contracts

C.Using word-of-mouth recruitment in a predominantly male workforce

答案：A。

解析：A設置在招聘廣告中設置年齡限制，就是把歧視明明白白地寫出來了，直接歧視。B在前面間接歧視知識部分解釋過這個例子了；C在男性為主導的群體中口頭招聘。看起來在哪里招聘時企業的自由，但是去到男性為主導的群體中，實際上就是更希望招到男性員工，對女性是間接歧視。
