1) Identify the contract with a customer. 識(shí)別與客戶訂立的合同

2) Identify the separate performance obligations in the contract. 識(shí)別合同中單獨(dú)的履約義務(wù)

3) Determine the transaction price. 確定交易價(jià)格

關(guān)鍵詞：'entitled'需要考慮 reasonable estimates of contingent amounts, customer’s credit risk and the time value of money (if material). 比如合同某塊業(yè)務(wù)價(jià)值有減損時(shí)，它用 FV，其他用原價(jià)。

4) Allocate the transaction price to the separate performance obligations in the contract. 將交易價(jià)格分?jǐn)傊羻为?dú)的履約義務(wù)

5) Recognise revenue when (or as) the entity satisfies a performance obligation. 履行每項(xiàng)履約義務(wù)時(shí)確認(rèn)
