ACCA考試

acca lw 公司法和商法這門課是一門純法律課，要求學(xué)生掌握基本的法律體系和商業(yè)領(lǐng)域的基本法律常識，其目的是為進入的各類經(jīng)濟組織工作的學(xué)生打好堅實的法律基礎(chǔ)，樹立正確的法律觀念。學(xué)習(xí)了ACCA lw課程，要對知識點內(nèi)容的掌握。ACCA LW主要知識點內(nèi)容如下：

A Understand the purpose and types of businesses and how they interact with key stakeholders and the external environment.商業(yè)和商業(yè)環(huán)境

B Understand business organisation structure, functions and the role of corporate governance 組織結(jié)構(gòu)和職能，公司治理

C Recognise the function of accountancy and audit in communicating, reporting and assuring financial information and in effective financial control and compliance 財務(wù)職能和審計

ACCA考試

ACCA LW(F4)考試形式及題型是怎樣的？

ACCA LW考試為機考，沒有固定考試時間限制，提前預(yù)約機考中心即可參加考試，提交試卷之后即出成績，滿分100分，50分通過。

Seciton A：45道選擇題，25道分題，20道1分題，共70分。

Seciton B：5道大題，每題6分，共30分。
