2019年cfa三級考綱已經是自2018年以來連續兩次出現了較大的變動，新增reading多達6個，刪除reading3個，全部reading個數從34個增加到了37個。今年又對權益這一板塊進行了大幅度的修改。職業道德、資產配置、固定收益組合管理、交易、股權投資這六門科目的考綱也發生變化。

CFA三級考綱

一、職業道德（Study Session 1-3）

新增的Study Session 3，共包括2個章節，分別為：

Reading 5. Overview of the Asset Management Industry and Portfolio Management

Reading 6. Professionalism in Investment Management

Study Session 1和2中，沒有實質性變化，只有措辭的些微改變：

將“the Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct”改為“the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct”或“the Code and Standards”

二、資產配置（Study Session 9-10）

Study Session 9中的Reading 18（原Reading 16）刪除一條考綱：

Reading 18. Introduction to Asset Allocation

Study Session 10刪除一整章：

原Reading 20. Market Indexes and Benchmarks整章刪除

三、固定收益組合管理（Study Session11-12）

Study Session 11無變化

Study Session 12中的Reading 24（原Reading23）新增2條考綱：

Reading 24. Yield Curve Strategies

四、權益組合權利（Study Session 13-14）

整個部分完全重新編寫，由原來的1個Session變成2個Session

修改后的Study Session 13-14，包括4個章節，分別為：

Reading 26. Introduction to Equity Portfolio Management

Reading 27. Passive Equity Investing

Reading 28. Active Equity Investing: Strategies

Reading 29. Active Equity Investing: Portfolio Construction

五、交易（Study Session 18）

Session的名稱改變，從“Trading，Monitoring and Rebalancing”修改為“Trading”

Study Session 189（原Session 16）中刪除一整章， 原Reading 32 Monitoring and Rebalancing整章刪除

六、股權投資

原有的一個reading被替換為4個reading，在保留經典知識點之外，整體內容被大幅度擴充及細化；另外，與去年固定收益的更新思路一致，都更加強調active investing

七、其他章節沒有變動，一些LOS的微小變動對復習不會產生較大的影響。
