敲重點：
利用自身找工作的常識進行理解記憶，沒有難以理解的，招聘流程要清晰，面試的類型等。
常考的是公平機會和歧視，要能根據案例信息選出屬于那種類型的歧視，歧視分為Direct discrimination ：殘疾人不要、Indirect discrimination ：身高高于180cm ，形式fair，實質unfair、Victimization 受害 ：槍打出頭鳥、Harassment 騷擾。
BT（Business and Technology）是SBL（Strategic Business Leader）的基礎，本科目全球考試通過率在85%左右，這門課程偏背誦概念理解為主。
BT介紹了企業的一些相關概念還包括組織的類型，組織的文化，宏觀經濟學，微觀經濟學，企業招聘流程和員工培訓，企業內部的溝通等等，大部分內容在本科目中只需要簡單理解，在后面的科目學習中會具體的進行展開。
