The null hypothesis is the hypothesis to be tested. The null hypothesis is considered to be true unless the evidence indicates that it is false, in which case the alternative hypothesis is accepted.

解題思路：

A選項說的是，如果沒有證據證明原假設是錯誤的，那么就認為原假設是真的。這個描述是正確的。

B選項的意思是，原假設可以是包含“≠”符號的，備擇假設可以是包含“=”符號的，這是錯誤的，我們一般認為“=”都是存在在原假設中的。

C選項說的是，在雙尾檢驗中，當證據證明假設值跟總體參數相同時拒絕原假設，這是錯誤的。原版書的描述是：We reject the null in favor of the alternative if the evidence indicates that the population parameter is either smaller or larger than θ0.

就是說，當證據證明假設值跟總體參數相同時，我們應該不拒絕原假設。所以C選項錯誤。
