2020年和2021年CFA一級考試都是沿用2020年的考綱，我們可以對比2020年和2019年CFA考試科目，從考試科目的權重來看，CFA考試內容應該是沒有發生變化的！可是對比了CFA考綱還是發生了變化！
所以你以為CFA一級沒有任何改變？大錯特錯！雖然考試權重沒有發生任何變化，但大部分的考試科目都有不小的改動。下面帶你細數那些發生了變化的部分：
1.倫理道德（Ethical）部分：
增加了兩點關于Profession的要求：
LOS c describe professions and how they establish trusto
LOS e explain professionalism in investment managemento
2.數量方法（Quantitative Methods）部分：
增加：
SS2 reading 8中新增了與相關系數相關的scatterplot散點圖的描述
SS3 Reading 11 Hypothesis Testing新增相關系數檢驗
刪除：
2019年的Reading 7
2019 Reading 8 Statistical Concepts and Market Returns中LOSi對于Sharp ratio的要求
刪除Reading 13 Technical Analysis（2019）有關內容
3.Financial Reporting and Analysis部分：
增加：
由于今年國際會計準則變化較大，協會也隨之跟進，更新了部分關于會計準則的內容
刪除：
Reading20.Financial Reporting Standards：會計準則、美國準則與國際準則的對比、
barriers to convergence，財務報告的objective、desirable assumption等內容
Reading 21 Understanding Income Statements：LOS d中有關特殊收入確認原則
Reading26.Long-lived asset:融資租賃和直接購買資產的對比的內容
4.Corporate Finance部分：
增加：
Reading32.Capital Budgeting：
contrast the NPV decision rule to the IRR decision rule and identify problems associated with the IRR rule
5.Fixed Income Analysis部分：
增加：
Reading44.Introduction to Fixed-income Valuationy要求：計算annual yield on a bond for varying compoundind periods in a year
總體來講，CFA一級的變化較少，沒有新增Reading，只是在考題結構上有一些調整。如果你是參加CFA一級考試的話，就要著重的看這些變化的內容，2020年CFA一級考試沒有發生變化，2021年CFA一級機考，考試題量減少，但是考試內容還是這么多，考生要認真備考了！
