Quality of services:PVS had an excellent reputation for he quality of client service and patient care provided by knowledgeable,happy,and engaged staff from welcoming and comfortable clinics. B4P takes low cost strategy that means they provided limited services and as lower as possible on cost , such as decreasing staff training costs and not improving environment of clinics.

B4P focus on results of operation ,they consider improving profits ,these are different from PVS and may be lead conflict on strategy of the company.(自己的分析)
